Dr. Bruce C. Henault

Dr. Bruce Henault earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in the Caribbean Islands in 1990. He began his career in general practice in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he worked for four years before feeling called to focus exclusively on diagnostic imaging. He went on to establish a mobile ultrasound service, providing advanced abdominal and cardiac ultrasound evaluations to more than 110 veterinary clinics throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Through this experience, Dr. Henault became highly skilled in abdominal and cardiac ultrasonography, internal medicine, and surgical procedures. Over the past decade, he has returned to general practice while continuing to offer mobile ultrasound services part-time.

Dr. Henault adores all animals but has a special affection for Chihuahuas. He currently shares his home with seven rescued Chihuahuas—affectionately known as “The Chihuahua Farm.”

As of December 1, 2025, Dr. Henault has taken on the leadership role at Cactus Creek Animal Hospital. He looks forward to providing compassionate, high-quality care for your pets and is committed to delivering exceptional preventive medicine and overall health care for every patient he serves
